| When I pulled my tranny to do a clutch and downpipes on my 90 TT, I was going to replace the defective knock sensor while I was in there. I don't have large hands, but I am a dude and I could barely get my fingers in there to touch it - let alone get anything done with it. My buddy tried too. The EGR valve made it even tighter to get around. We started to take it off, but things were not coming off well so instead of making this a worse mission than it was - I relocated the new knock sensor to the rear of the engine. I decided I'd do it right when I pulled the plenum - which I never had to do. I can't imagine hands small enough to reach in there and actually do anything!
